3-position adjustable Crostress pedals
The steps you take with the CTR 3.0i measure 43.5 cm. This step length and the 16.4 cm distance between the pedals ensure that you adopt a natural posture. What's more, you can set the pedals to 3 positions, so they adapt perfectly to your body and workout preferences. The handles of the CTR 3.0i are also adjustable for ergonomic positioning.
Illuminated console with shelf support
The VirtuFit CTR 3.0i cross trainer features an attractive black console with a blue backlit LCD screen and tablet holder. The tablet holder is adjustable in width, allowing you to attach almost any type of tablet or smartphone. The screen gives you an overview of your training data, such as time, speed, distance, calories, heart rate, RPM and power in watts. Using the push-buttons and convenient rotary knob, you can easily navigate to your chosen program and adjust the training level.
18 Training programs
Do you train with programs? Then you've come to the right place with the CTR 3.0i. Eighteen pre-programmed programs are available as training options.
1 x manual program
4 x beginners' program
4 x advanced program
4 x sports program
4 x cardio (55, 75, 90 and target)
Power program (10-350 Watts)
During the manual program, you set the desired resistance on one of 32 levels.
Heart rate-guided training
You do heart-rate-guided training by placing your hands on the contact sensors in the handles or by wearing a chest belt. The CTR3.0i features a Bluetooth receiver that makes contact with a Bluetooth chest strap. This makes your heart rate measurement not only consistent, but also highly accurate.

This way, you record all your training sessions in a single overview.
