Serious Mass is the gainer par excellence of the brand Optimum Nutrition. With its low-fat, high-carbohydrate composition, this Hard Gainer allows you to gain weight quickly by snacking between meals and after your workout. Serious Mass Gainer brings you more than 1250 calories per day with more than 250g of very good quality carbohydrates, a contribution of more than 50g of proteins to develop your muscular mass, only 2g of transformed fatty acids and a portion of vitamins and minerals very appreciable.

The complex sugars in the best gainer provide you with the necessary calories to be in caloric surplus. This surplus of calories is essential in the phases of mass gain, on the 250g present in Serious Mass only 21g come from fast sugars. The protein intake of the gainer is essential for muscle gain, it allows you to build a strong and massive physique. Serious Mass protein is a blend of whey, casein and egg albumin making it an excellent protein source.
