Advantages

Bon pour l'apport en protéines, pas écoeurant (pas trop sucré car chocolat noir), ça cale bien eeeet ça a un bon goût de mousse au chocolat/brownie.

Disadvantages

ça reste du sucre et industriel (mais c'est efficace donc ça vaut la peine)
