The fluid resistance system gives you the opportunity to train at 32 different levels. You can easily set these levels via the display. You can also select your preferred program via the same screen, where you can choose from 21 options.

User-friendly screen

The black screen is easy to use, making it extremely user-friendly. Clear menus let you set your preferences and easily switch between different displays. You can access the following data via the display: time, speed, RPM, distance, watts, calories and heart rate. You measure this using heart rate sensors on the handlebars or a chest belt.
