The design
Comfortable
Thanks to the soft seat and backrest, training on the RB5i recumbent bike is extremely comfortable. By sitting with your back against the backrest, you automatically adopt the correct position. You'll soon notice that this position is less stressful for your back and joints.

Conviviality
In terms of user-friendliness, the design has also been well thought out. For example, the recumbent bike has two bottle holders on either side of the seat, and you can easily place your tablet or smartphone in the holder on the screen. The heart rate sensors are located in the handles next to the seat, so you can always measure your heart rate without hiding them. And no less important: the low entrance, giving everyone easy access to the recumbent bike.

Stable and robust
Remarkable on the RB5i are the wide platforms at the front and rear of the recumbent. These platforms guarantee great stability, whatever the intensity of your workout.

Customized training
A workout on the RB5i recumbent bike targets your hamstrings, legs, glutes, abdominals and hips. Of course, you determine the intensity with which you train these muscles. The RB5i offers a choice of no fewer than 24 programs, including 4 user programs. Programs based on heart rate and power are also possible. You measure your heart rate via the contact sensors in the handles next to the seat. Want to measure even more precisely? Then choose a Bluetooth chest belt, which you can easily connect to your fitness device.

The manual program lets you choose the resistance yourself. This is adjustable in 5-watt steps, with a minimum resistance of 10 watts and a maximum resistance of 350 watts.

Even more options with applications
The great advantage of the RB5i is its Bluetooth capability. You can connect not only your chest belt, but also your tablet or smartphone. Use popular training apps such as Chinomap, Swift and Iconsole, and make your workout even more fun than it already was.

The Kinomap application gives you an extremely realistic live experience of existing and self-selected routes. Resistance is automatically increased when ascending and decreased when descending. There are training videos with different levels of difficulty. Try to keep up with the video's target speed, or use the multiplayer mode to organize competitions with your friends. On your screen, you can see how far into your video you are and how far you still have to go. You can also easily link Kinomap to your favorite training applications, such as Strava and Runkeeper. In this way, you can record all your training sessions in a single overview.

To use Kinomap, a minimum version of 5.0 is required for Android devices. A minimum version of 9.0 is required for iOS.

User-friendly console
This Flow Fitness recumbent bike has a very user-friendly console. Among other things, you can view your training progress in graphical form. The following data are also recorded: time, speed, RPM, distance, wattage, calories and heart rate. Operation is via the advanced intelligent thumbwheel. What's more, you can use the quick keys in the handles next to you.
