Robust and quiet
The exercise bike is robust and very sturdy. Thanks to the 15 kg flywheel, stability during your workout is very high and you can train to the full without any problems. And despite all its power, you'll notice that the B3i is very quiet. So you can train at home without being disturbed.

Saddle and handlebars
The saddle on this semi-professional exercise bike is very comfortable and can be adjusted both horizontally and vertically. The handlebars are also adjustable and tiltable. The handlebars feature multi-grip grips with contact sensors for your heart rate, and quick keys for quick and easy navigation.

Extras
Under the Perform B3i handlebars you'll find a practical bottle holder, and a tablet holder is attached to the console. What's more, the exercise bike features non-slip pedals with adjustable straps and transport wheels for easy movement.

Passionate training and quiet rehabilitation:
The Flow Fitness Perform B3I exercise bike is a high-quality home trainer suitable for a wide range of users. With a range of no fewer than 24 programs, there's always a workout program to suit you. You can choose from 3 heart rate programs, 1 power program and 4 user programs. Resistance levels also vary widely. The starting resistance of 10 watts can be increased in 5-watt steps up to a maximum of 350 watts. That's 69 different resistance levels.

Thanks to its low starting resistance, very low input and high quality, the Flow Fitness B3i is suitable for semi-professional use. Consider use in a physiotherapy practice or rehabilitation center.

Training with applications :
If you want more than the standard programs on the B3I exercise bike, choose to use training applications. The exercise bike is equipped with a Bluetooth receiver, with which you can easily connect your tablet or smartphone with training apps to the fitness device. With applications such as Kinomap and Iconsole, you can considerably expand your training options. For example, follow realistic routes from the screen of your tablet or smartphone and keep track of all your training data in the apps.

The Bluetooth receiver is also essential if you wish to use a Bluetooth chest belt. With this chest belt, you can measure your heart rate even more accurately, without having to move your hands to the contact sensors in the handlebars. A Bluetooth chest belt is available separately.

The Kinomap application gives you an extremely realistic live experience of existing routes and those you have chosen. Resistance is automatically increased as you go up and lowered as you go down. There are training videos with different levels of difficulty. Try to keep up with the video's target speed, or use the multiplayer mode to organize competitions with your friends. On your screen, you can see where you are in your video and how far you still have to go. You can also easily link Kinomap to your favorite training applications, such as Strava and Runkeeper. This way, you record all your training sessions in a single overview.

To use Kinomap, version 5.0 is required for Android devices. Version 9.0 is required for iOS. Please note: Kinomap can be used free of charge for the first 7 days, after which you can take out a paid subscription.

Display and extras :
The LCD screen is positioned between the two handles of the exercise bike. This clear, backlit display keeps you informed of your performance, such as time, speed, rpm, distance, watts, calories and heart rate. The console also features a USB port, a tablet holder and a practical smart wheel for navigation.
