Training with the Balance Board Pro never ends - you increase the pressure in the ball and the Bike Balance Board Pro gets faster and faster - you're constantly training within your comfort zone, gradually pushing your limits and getting better and better.

How is the Balance Board Pro adapted to my level?
You can adjust the air pressure in the balloon/cushion simply with a balloon pump - beginners choose the lowest air pressure - professionals will increase the air pressure.

How large is the training surface for the Bike Balance Board?
You can train with the Bike Balance Board on a surface measuring less than 2m x 2m.

With the Bike Balance Board, the dynamic element is not attached to the board and is therefore free to move.

How safe is training with the Bike Balance Board Pro?

With balance boards that use a roller, falls can occur during use, particularly as the movement of the roller is not limited. This is where it becomes dangerous for the user if he or she suddenly falls to the ground. TOGU uses its "brake" patent for its BBBs. The difference: the BBB TOGU guarantees safe operation for the user - roller movement is limited. Thanks to the special construction and materials used, the slowing down of the movement is not abrupt.
