Amino-X delivers 8g of micronized BCAAs (Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine) per dose to boost muscle protein synthesis and recovery after intense sessions.

Amino-X also contains 20 g of non-essential amino acids that participate in the construction, repair and recovery of muscles, thus repairing the damage caused to muscle fibers during intense efforts, while providing maximum energy during the session! In fact, the amino acids will act by compensating for the leakage of amino acids that make up proteins, thus maintaining a positive nitrogen balance, favorable to anabolism.

Enriched in taurine, the formula Amino-X makes it possible on the one hand to potentiate the hydration of the muscular cells, thus providing them capacities of contraction higher and more nutrients essential to their growth. Taurine will also increase the energy available for training to intensify your sessions.

With 7 g of L.Alanine, Amino-X allows to potentiate the use of the blood glucose to increase the endurance and to reduce the fat mass. By increasing the sensitivity of muscle receptors to insulin, L.Alanine also greatly improves the storage of glycogen in the muscles to gain lean mass.
