ELECTROLYTES from SPONSER® is your ideal companion in sports and leisure. The calorie-reduced thirst quencher provides the electrolytes sodium, magnesium, calcium, chloride and potassium, which you need during sports. Additionally enriched with zinc, which supports a normal fatty acid metabolism. High intensity workouts require adequate energy management through sufficient carbohydrates.

Recommendation

Mix 1 tablet with 500-750 ml of water and take per hour during training.
