The Hejbar contains 19g of protein as well as lots of vegetable fiber with no added sugar at all - ideal for energy and satiety.
Normally, palm oil and sugar are used to make the bars last longer, save production costs and provide heat resistance. Both are highly unhealthy substances and are not used in HejBar production.
