EAA or BCAA?

A frequent question to us is whether you should rather take EAA or BCAA Linked to this is the question of which amino acid matrix is generally the most effective. First of all, for clarification: the three BCAAs L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine, which are also known as the "building blocks of muscle", belong to the essential amino acids. You can take BCAAs in isolation if your main training focus is muscle building or, for endurance sports, muscle maintenance. Otherwise, the question "EAA or BCAA?" does not arise, because the BCAAs are contained in the EAAs. An EAA supplement has the advantage that it additionally supplies your body with the essential amino acids L-lysine, L-methionine, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-tryptophan and L-histidine.

Recommendation

4 tablets daily between meals. On training days, 2 tablets each 30min before and after training.
