Advantages

Hyper gourmand, ça rappelle un peu le twix, avec l'avantage des protéines, ça coupe donc sacrément la faim, bon aussi pour la régénération musculaire après l'effort, il y a un peu comme une gaufrette dedans et le caramel apporte du fondant...vraiment le top ces barres

Disadvantages

Trèèèès sucré au goût, à manger en plusieurs fois plutôt, ça passe super bien avec le café noir!!
Et ça reste de l'industriel avec des additifs ...mais vraiment efficace!!! ça vaut la peine.
