What contains the Clean Shake meal replacement diet shake from ALL STARS?

In addition to Whey protein + casein, as the main protein suppliers, various cereal ingredients from oats, barley and spelt are included, plus vitamins, omega-3 and MCT fats and the fiber inulin.

Main carbohydrate component of the powder is oatmeal. The Whey protein is composed of concentrate and isolate, slowly digestible calcium caseinate rounds out the protein profile. Overall, carbohydrates and protein are equally represented in the powder at about 34% each. Sugar is contained only in small quantities, in 100g powder are just under 2g. Sweetened is with sweetener. The CLEAN Shake diet shake also contains the important omega-3 and MCT oils, provides with inulin a valuable fiber and in addition important B vitamins, vitamin C and E.

Recommended use

60g powder (2 dosing spoons = 1 serving) with 300ml water or 400ml milk in a shaker mix. 1 shake daily (more if needed), preferably for breakfast, as a snack or meal.
