Liporush - the drink with the caffeine boost and numerous B vitamins for in between or before training.

The drink is ready to consume directly and can provide, for example, before training or on the road for focus and good concentration. In addition to vitamins B1, B2, B6, pantothenic acid, niacin and B12, classic energy drink ingredients are included with caffeine, taurine and glucuronolactone (a carbohydrate). Each 250ml serving provides the caffeine content of about 2.5 cups of coffee. This should be taken into account during use. Evening use is not recommended, as it can lead to difficulty falling asleep. The main ingredient of the drink is water, in addition, inositol (chemically an alcohol, but not alcoholic), which the body can also produce itself in addition to the intake through food, the amino acid compound L-carnitine is included (formed from the amino acids lysine and methionine).

The most obvious difference from many other energy drinks is the absence of sugar - Liporush is completely sugar-free, thus contains only under 1g of carbohydrates and is also fat-free. Sweetened is with sweetener and with about 8kcal per 250ml serving, it is also an ideal drink in any diet phase.

Recommendation
