- FAQ
The most important time window for building muscle is always after an intense training load, because the muscles are heavily exhausted and the energy stores empty. The Post Attack 3.0 provides the body with exactly the nutrients it needs to initiate build-up processes as well as regeneration.
For maximum results, the first two to four hours after training are crucial. Both carbohydrates and proteins should be supplied to stop the catabolic process and support recovery as well as muscle building. Post-Attack 3.0 provides high-quality whey protein that can be used directly for muscle building.
BUILDING MUSCLE PROTEIN FOR MAXIMUM SUCCESS
For maximum success, the building muscle protein building blocks BCAA and glutamine are important. Through quickly available carbohydrates, such as the maltodextrin, the hormone of the pancreas can be stimulated. The protein building blocks are thus channelled more quickly into the muscle cells. The carbohydrates contained not only replenish the glyogenic stores, but also protect the muscles. The regeneration process is directly set in motion.
WHICH EFFECTIVE SUBSTANCES ARE INCLUDED?
The following nutrients are included per shake (75 g):
- 26 g protein

Recommendation
Stir 75 g powder (4 heaped scoops) in 400 ml water and drink immediately after training. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake stated
