The VirtuFit ROW 1.0 is an easy-to-use rowing machine. The rowing machine with adjustable elastomer resistance provides a pleasant rowing motion. The ergonomic seat glides smoothly on a sturdy aluminum rail. Non-slip pedals with adjustable straps ensure firm footing. These non-slip pedals provide optimum support for your feet as you row.
LCD display with various training data
On the LCD display, you can choose which element of your workout you want to track. Row 1.0 displays time, number of rowing layers, rowing layers per minute and calorie consumption. With the push of a button, you can switch between different data. Select the scan function to view data in succession. The display is powered by two AA batteries. So you don't need an electrical outlet.
Row on different resistance levels
This rower has no flywheel. The resistance comes from an adjustable elastomer. You pull on this sturdy resistance cable as you row and let it retract as you move backwards. The consequence of this is that you exert force not only in work, but also in controlled movement back to the starting position. It's a movement with no downtime. It's an effective way of building muscle strength and fitness, and it feels very natural. Resistance is adjustable with the resistance knob in 4 positions to make your exercises lighter or heavier.
Compact and mobile
The VirtuFit Row 1.0 rowing machine is extremely compact. During exercise, it measures 173 x 53 x 40 cm, but when folded, it measures just 95 x 40 x 101 cm. This makes it narrow and small enough for an apartment or other home where every available space counts. What's more, this rowing machine is very quiet during your workout, so others won't be disturbed by the noise during your rowing session. After the workout, you can easily move the rower because of its light weight: thanks to the unique resistance system, it weighs just 13.3 kg.
