RDX Kara Series hanging punch bag 145 cm — built for boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA. At 145 cm tall with a 32 cm chain, the total hanging length reaches 177 cm, covering the full range of strike heights from low kicks to high hooks. The 38 cm circumference matches standard competition bag dimensions.
The outer shell is made from reinforced synthetic Maya Hide leather with an anti-rip PU inner lining. This double construction withstands repeated impact from gloves, shins and kicks without deforming or cracking. The bag is delivered pre-filled at approximately 25 kg and the filling weight adjusts up to 50 kg maximum via the integrated zipper at the top of the bag.
The suspension system combines a 4-panel steel chain with 360° rotating swivel and a ground-anchoring D-ring at the bottom of the bag, which tethers it to reduce swing during heavy sessions.
