The Dynair Ball Cushion XL, made in Germany, is a dynamic, air-filled training device. One side features soft, round Senso pimples, while the other has a velvety-smooth surface. It is considered a simple, space-saving alternative to the large ball and is used as a basis for back and fitness training in sitting, standing and lying positions. The product is latex-free and is manufactured at the company's site in Prien am Chiemsee (Germany) by TOGU, the inventor of the ball cushion. TOGU offers a 30-year manufacturer's warranty for the Dynair Ball Cushion XL. What are the benefits? A strong, healthy back and a stable body center. The back is effectively and easily relieved and trained on its side. The intervertebral discs are gently held in motion and the spinal muscles are trained. Upright posture can be optimized. How does it work?
