Ergonomic position

The exercise bike features a soft, comfortable saddle that can be adjusted both horizontally and vertically. The back of the saddle is also equipped with a practical towel hook to which you attach your towel during your workout. For an ergonomically correct position, you can easily adjust the height of the handlebars. These handlebars with integrated heart rate sensors and quick-release buttons can also be tilted. So you have the choice of leaning forward, but you can also choose to train standing up.

More training options thanks to Bluetooth

The DHT2500i is basically the same as the DHT2500. The main difference? Bluetooth receiver. This Bluetooth receiver gives you even more training options than you're used to. The exercise bike already comes with 24 programs as standard, including 4 user programs, a wattage program and heart rate-based programs. Thanks to the Bluetooth receiver, you can also easily connect the fitness device to popular applications such as Iconsole and Kinomap. With these applications, you follow realistic routes on the screen of your tablet or smartphone, which you place in the tablet holder.

Of course, you can also set your own training intensity. You set the resistance level using the rotary knob on the display. You can choose from 32 levels. As the exercise bike features a magnetic resistance system with a 12 kg flywheel, you'll notice that your workout is smooth and comfortable. The device also remains stable during training, regardless of intensity.

Precise heart rate measurement

Unlike the DHT2500, use the DHT2500i in conjunction with a Bluetooth chest strap. A Bluetooth-based heart rate belt is much less sensitive to interference than a 5KHz heart rate belt. What's more, the range is greater and it records your heart rate more accurately.

Comprehensive, user-friendly display

The DHT2500i's clear display shows the following results during your workout: time, speed, RPM, distance, watts, calories and heart rate. Simply navigate to the different displays, programs and resistance levels using the rotary knob below the display. The screen can also be manipulated using the quick-release keys on the handlebars.

An added benefit of this Flow Fitness exercise bike is the tablet holder on the console and the USB port for charging your devices.

Keep up with Kinomap

The Kinomap application gives you an extremely realistic live experience of existing and self-selected routes. Resistance is automatically increased as you go up and lowered as you go down. There are training videos with different levels of difficulty. Try to keep up with the video's target speed, or use the multiplayer mode to organize competitions with your friends. On your screen, you can see how far you are in your video and how far you still have to go. You can also easily link Kinomap to your favorite training applications, such as Strava and Runkeeper. This way, you can record all your training sessions in a single overview.

To use Kinomap, Android devices need at least version 5.0. At least version 9.0 is required for iOS.
