The BALL 12 is the perfect training tool for targeted self-massage to independently treat muscular tension. Unlike BLACKROLL®'s small ball (08 cm), the BALL 12 massage ball has a larger surface area and precisely targets muscle groups and fascias. You can regulate the pressure using your body weight to reach superficial or deeper muscles. The BALL 12 massage ball, the STANDARD massage roller and the BALL 08 massage ball are among the most popular products in the BLACKROLL® range. The BALL 12 massage ball is slightly larger than the BALL 08 at 12 cm in diameter. Thanks to the larger surface area, the massage pressure is less intense: this ball is therefore not used for highly targeted massage, but for large-area massage and fascia stimulation.
Hard-to-reach pain points in the neck and back can be reached more easily with the Massage Ball 12, and you can use it completely independently. A wall, table or floor is all you need to perform a massage with the BALL 12 ball.
