TR-900i treadmill programs :

The VirtuFit treadmill offers no less than 40 different programs to give you enough variety and challenge during your workouts. The 40 programs include: 36 pre-installed programs, including a body fat measurement program and a heart rate-based program, plus 3 customized programs and 1 manual program. With the three customized programs, you can train according to your personal preferences and characteristics. For the body fat measurement program, you'll need to enter your gender, age, height and weight. After entering this information, the treadmill displays your body fat percentage. Then place both hands on the handlebar sensors and wait 8 seconds for your BMI to appear on the screen.

The heart-rate-based program helps you train at an intensity suited to your fitness goals. When using this program, be sure to hold the hand sensors or use a wireless chest belt. The heart rate-based program asks for your age and then sets your heart rate target. Once the program has started, only the speed is automatically adjusted to reach the heart rate target. In this case, the inclination must be adjusted manually. For other pre-installed programs, tilt and speed are automatically adjusted when one of these programs is started. If you prefer to train on your own, choose the manual program. Speeds are adjustable between 0.5 and 20 km/h (in 0.1 km/h increments) and incline between 0 and 15%. You can easily adjust these parameters using the arrows on the console. What's more, quick-release buttons let you instantly reach the desired speed or inclination.

Set your program on the 8" backlit LCD screen and track your progress. In addition to the current program, this color display shows incline, distance, time, speed and calories burned. It also displays your heart rate if you hold the hand sensors or use a wireless chest strap. Plug your smartphone into the AUX port and enjoy your music through the 2 built-in speakers during your workout. Place your tablet in the tablet holder and choose your favorite visual distraction. Charge your tablet or smartphone with the built-in USB charger. Use the bottle holder to keep your drink close at hand during your run.

After your run, easily fold the VirtuFit Elite TR-900i. This treadmill features a gentle folding system that makes folding and unfolding easy and safe. Once folded, you can easily move the treadmill with the transport wheels. This way, you can store the treadmill easily and don't let it take up space in your living room.
