Powder with oatmeal, protein and sweeteners
We have redesigned the classic porridge with delicious flavors and an additional source of protein. People with an active lifestyle need a complex, rich breakfast to start the day before the morning rush. The digestion process of whey protein takes no longer than 1.5 hours. So it provides your body with energy in a relatively short time, while you get a long-lasting and slow release of energy from the popular low glycemic index oatmeal.
Our PROTEIN BREAKFAST contains plenty of high-quality protein that helps grow and maintain muscle mass and maintain normal bones!
Recommendation for use
Dissolve 1 serving (100 g) of powder in 150 ml (hot or cold) water. If you prefer soft flakes, then 1-2 minutes should be waited until the flakes have absorbed the liquid. If you prefer it crunchy, then eat it immediately. Consume it in the morning or during the day, as a component of a meal. Take a spoonful and enjoy!Ingredients
