In mass building, the athlete can take targeted large amounts of calories with MCT products. However, MCT-OIL is also excellent for replacing fats and cooking oils during a diet. You can use it in cold dishes, salads, mixed drinks, etc., as well as for cooking, baking and light sautéing. MCTs are not suitable for frying and should not be heated above 120 degrees Celcius. MCTs are also excellent to mix in protein - or weight-gain drinks.
The preparation is intended for athletes and physically active people who regulate their body mass.
OLIMP MCT is recommended as:
- source of fast energy necessary during physical exertion for athletes and physically active individuals,
- factor that enhances anabolic metabolism and limits catabolic processes of muscle mass,
- factor that favors the reduction of adipose tissue
Note:
MCTs provide energy about as fast as short-chain carbohydrates.
Recommendation:
In the 1st week 1/4 to 1/2 tablespoon (tbsp) with meals (about 30g/day). In the 2nd week 1 tbsp and in the 3rd week 1.5 tbsp with meals. It is advisable to increase slowly starting from a smaller dose and not to exceed the daily dose of 100g.
Tip:
To achieve a special energy boost, MCT OIL can be taken mixed with fruit or vegetable juice or in a protein drink, etc. about 30 minutes before training (10 ml equals 80 kcal). In doing so, slowly increase the amount of MCT OIL to adjust your digestive tract.
